Magic Items can provide a plethora of benefits as you play! From accelerating upgrade times, to filling up your resources, Magic Items can greatly aid in your rise to glory!

To view, sell, or use Magic Items, simply tap your Town Hall or Builder Hall and choose ‘Magic Items’.

Magic Item List

Potions

• Resource Potion - Increases the production speed of resources in Home Village

• Training Potion - Accelerates Troop training in Home Village

• Builder Potion - Accelerates the work of Builders by 10x in Home Village for 1 hour

• Research Potion - Accelerates the Laboratory research by 24x for 1 hour

• Super Potion - Boosts a Troop to its Super form for 3 days

• Power Potion - Boosts Troops , Spells, and Siege Machines to the maximum level allowed by your Laboratory for 1 hour

• Hero Potion - Temporarily boosts all Heroes and Pets to the maximum level allowed by your Town Hall level for 1 hour

• Pet Potion - Accelerates a Pet upgrade by 24x for 1 hour

Books

• Book of Building - Instantly completes an Building upgrade or construction

• Book of Everything - Instantly completes an Upgrade timer

• Book of Heroes - Instantly completes any Hero or Pet upgrade timer

• Book of Spells - Instantly completes any Spell upgrade timer

• Book of Fighting - Instantly completes any Troop upgrade timer

Runes

• Rune of Gold - Completely fills your Gold Storage in Home Village

• Rune of Elixir - Completely fills your Elixir Storage in Home Village

• Rune of Dark Elixir - Completely fills your Dark Elixir Storage in Home Village

• Rune Builder Gold - Completely fills your Gold Storages in Builder Base.

• Rune of Builder Elixir - Completely fills your Elixir Storages in Builder Base.

You can’t use a Rune if the respective Storages are full. Also, you must confirm the use of a Rune if your Storages are at 70% capacity or higher.

Rings

• Wall Ring - Use to instantly upgrade a Wall

Home Village Walls Level 1-12: Costs 1 Ring
Home Village Walls 13: Costs 3 Rings
Home Village Walls 14: Costs 5 Rings
Home Village Walls 15: Costs 7 Rings

Hammers

• Hammer of Buildings - Instantly upgrades any Building to the next level. Requires a free Builder. Works in both Villages.

• Hammer of Fighting - Instantly upgrades any Troop to the next level. Works in both Villages.

• Hammer of Spells - Instantly upgrades any Spell to the next level. Work in Home Village.

• Hammer of Heroes - Instantly upgrades any Hero or Pet to the next level. Works in both Villages.

Shovel

• Shovel of Obstacles - Makes a single obstacle permanently movable. Works in both Villages.

Jar

• Builder Star Jar - Instantly makes the Builder Star Bonus available in Builder Base. This does not reset the Star Bonus timer, and you cannot use it if your Star Bonus is already unlocked.

How do I get Magic Items?

Magic Items are great in number, and can be earned in many ways. Get Magic Items by:

• Achieving certain reward Tiers in Clan Games or Season Challenges

• Completing objectives in certain Events

• Buying them from the League Shop (League Medals)

• Buying them from the Trader (Raid Medals or Gems)

• Buying them from the Shop (Real money)

The Trader

At Town Hall 6, the Trader will set up his tent next to the Clan Path in your Home Village. Here, you can buy Magic Items with Event currency, Raid Medals or Gems. Offers switch up weekly (every Tuesday), so keep an eye out for new deals when they arrive!

• Purchase offers with Raid Medals from Town Hall 6 or above.

• Purchase offers with Gems from Town Hall 8 or above.

The Trader will also offer house parts for the Capital Peak District in the Clan Capital for Raid Medals, as well as other resource types.

What happens to my boosts during maintenance?

Short-term boosts will automatically pause during maintenance. These include Barracks, Spell Factory, Heroes, and Clock Tower boosts. You can simply resume the boost whenever you want by tapping Buildings that are glowing red, and selecting ‘Resume’.

As for long-term boosts, such as resource boosts, they will not be paused. For more information on this, please read this.

Using Multiple Potions

Using the same Potion multiple times will not increase its effectiveness, rather, it will increase the duration of the Magic Potion’s effects.

For example, using the Research Potion will help the Wizards in your Laboratory research 24x faster than usual for 1 hour. Using the potion again will make it 24x faster for 2 hours, and not 48x faster for 1 hour.

We cannot refund Magic Items

Please know that we cannot refund accidentally used or purchased Magic Items. A confirmation pop-up message will always appear when buying or using a Magic Item to help prevent accidents!

Good to know

• Magic Items can't be looted from your Town Hall.

• Should you receive a Magic Item you have no use for, or be in dire need of Gems, you can sell the Magic Item for Gems. This can also free up space in your Magic Item inventory.

• Every Tuesday, the Trader may have free offers!

• There is a limit to the number of Magic Items you can have, however, Magic Items purchased with real money can exceed the limit.

• Magic Items earned from Events, Clan Games, or Season Challenges that exceed your limit can be replaced with Gems.
