LIST OF UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR

For a full understanding of expected behavior in Supercell games, please read our Terms of Service and Safe and Fair Play Policy.

Here are some examples of what we consider inappropriate behavior, all of which could get you into trouble in our games:

1. Being socially disruptive

   • Using intentionally hurtful or mean-spirited language

   • Bullying or harassing other players

   • Misusing chat for spamming or scamming

   • Making identifying political statements that are sure to invite strong reactions from fellow players

2. Cheating

   • Using third party software

   • Buying or selling accounts (this includes giving away or receiving them)

   • Sharing an account with someone else

   • Match manipulation

   • Taking advantage of bugs or exploits to gain an upper hand

3. Fraudulent activity

   • Selling, buying, or advertising third party in-game resources

   • Abusing refund policies

4. Phishing other players’ accounts
   

5. Impersonating Supercell staff

6. Asking for or sharing personally identifiable information (whether it’s yours or someone else’s)

7. Encouraging others to do anything listed above

We don't want to spoil the fun. Rather, these rules are in place to keep our games safe and fair!

Consequences of Misconduct

Account penalties will be issued whenever we encounter accounts that exhibit the types of behavior listed above. See here to learn more about account penalties.

Please note, Support will not debate penalties after they have been issued, and in some cases, our ability to support a penalized account will be limited.
